Tools I Use

Over the course of my career I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of tools. I only recommend tools I have used and all opinions expressed here are my own. Below are affiliate links that I may earn a small commission from at no additional cost to you.

As always, please consult with your legal team before implementing any new tools to ensure you are following state and federal guidelines around tracking.

Hotjar

Hotjar is a heatmapping software that offers insights into how consumers use your website. With Hotjar you can better understand where users are disengaging with your content via scroll maps and session replays. You can also use the tool to better understand underperforming design elements, such as buttons that aren’t grabbing a user’s attention or graphical elements that look clickable, but aren’t.

CallRail

CallRail is a call tracking solution that helps you tie phone calls on your website with different marketing channels. Get granular data on which keywords or ad creative drove both mobile and desktop calls, or even take it a step further by connecting it to your CRM of choice.
